Gift Credit - Terms and Conditions
the credit
This is a $100 credit towards your next purchase, issued by roblero. It was given to guests of our studio event on 8 September 2026 at no charge and was not purchased.
Value
The credit is worth $100 (USD) towards a single roblero order.
expiry
The credit is valid through 31 December 2026. It cannot be used after that date, and it will not be extended, reissued or replaced once it expires.
How to use it
Present the card at your appointment. The credit is applied to your order before tax and shipping.
The details
One per person. Each guest received one credit. Only one credit may be used per person and only one may be applied to any single order.
It cannot be combined. The credit cannot be used together with any other offer, discount, promotion, promotional credit or gift card.
It applies to a single order. The full $100 is applied at once. If your order is less than $100, the unused balance is forfeited and no change or refund is given.
It has no cash value. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or redeemed for cash, except where a law requires otherwise.
It is not transferable. The credit is issued to the guest who received it and cannot be sold, traded or given to anyone else.
It cannot be replaced. roblero is not responsible for a credit that is lost, stolen, damaged or used without your permission.
Returns and cancellations
If you return or cancel an order that a credit was applied to, any refund is limited to the amount you actually paid. The credit itself is not refunded and is not reissued.
Additional details
roblero may void a credit that has been obtained, copied or used fraudulently, or used in a way that breaks these terms.
roblero may amend these terms where it is reasonable to do so, or where a change is required by law. We will not shorten the expiry date or reduce the value of a credit that has already been issued.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
