Terms and Conditions

All custom garments must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Production cannot begin until full payment is received.

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-measure nature of our garments, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Once an order has been placed and sent to our atelier, Roblero cannot guarantee that design, fabric, or stylistic changes can be accommodated. Any post-order change requests, if possible, may incur additional fees and may extend production timelines.

Your garment is the result of a collaborative design process between the Client and Roblero.

Due to differences in lighting and digital displays, colors shown on screens or in photographs may not precisely match the actual fabric. All final selections should be made from physical swatches provided during the design appointment.

Natural fibers may vary slightly in color, texture, or hand feel between batches. These variations are inherent to the material and are considered a hallmark of fine tailoring, not a defect.

Once selections are approved during the design appointment—including fabric, color, trims, silhouette, and stylistic details—Roblero cannot be held responsible if the client later dislikes those approved choices.

We encourage thoughtful review and open dialogue during the appointment to ensure the garment reflects your vision.

All garments are crafted according to the Client’s measurements taken at the time of the design appointment. Clients who choose to place orders virtually using previously recorded measurements acknowledge that any changes in body size or proportion may affect the fit of the garment, and Roblero cannot be held responsible for poor fit or additional tailoring required as a result of such changes.

Each garment is made by hand and may reflect a standard tailoring tolerance of ± 1/4 inch, which is customary in fine garment making and does not impact overall fit or quality.

Roblero reserves the right to make minor production adjustments or substitutions of equivalent quality if a selected fabric, trim, or component becomes unavailable. Such substitutions will never compromise the integrity or overall aesthetic of the garment.

Lead times assume timely scheduling of fittings. Delays in client availability may extend the overall production timeline. Roblero is not responsible for missed event dates resulting from postponed fittings or delayed responses.

Roblero strives to deliver every garment within the quoted lead time. While uncommon, delays may occur due to alteration needs, shipping carrier issues, holidays at our atelier, or other factors outside of our control. Clients ordering for a wedding or special occasion are strongly encouraged to begin the process 12 weeks in advance.

If minor adjustments are needed at the final fitting, Roblero will complete these alterations at no additional cost.

If required changes exceed the garment’s built-in fabric allowance, or if changes are due to fluctuations in Client body measurements after the consultation:

  • Roblero is not obligated to remake the garment, and
  • additional tailoring costs may apply.

Any fit concerns or damages must be reported within 10 business days of receiving your garment. Roblero cannot assume responsibility for issues reported after this period.

If a garment is damaged during shipping, all original packaging must be retained, as disposal may invalidate the claim with the carrier.

Roblero is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear, friction, abrasion, snagging, perspiration, or the general aging of natural fibers
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning or care
  • Damage resulting from improper handling or storage
  • Damage resulting from environmental exposure (e.g., moisture, sunlight, heat)
  • Natural variations inherent to the fibers or materials used
  • Any repair or alteration work performed by a third party, including resulting issues
  • Buttons, linings, trims, or other components purchased separately

Roblero is not responsible for fees incurred by the client in:

  • Accepting delivery
  • Collecting a garment from a carrier
  • Missed or rescheduled deliveries
  • Any third-party handling charges
  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to Roblero, additional shipping fees may apply to send the garment again

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Roblero cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Garments not collected within 90 days of notification will be considered abandoned. Roblero reserves the right to donate, repurpose, or dispose of abandoned items without refund.

Roblero may photograph finished garments for use on our website, social media, and other brand materials. These images help us showcase our craft and the quality of our work.

We will only photograph or share images that include you, the Client, with your explicit permission.

Roblero reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is abusive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the standards of our studio environment.

Roblero collects only the information necessary to process orders, schedule appointments, and deliver your garments. We never sell or share client information with third parties outside our production partners and shipping carriers. Read more.
