Coat

The coat was originally designed in Great Britain and is meant to be worn over tailored suits, rather than layered for extreme weather. They're often made of a heavy wool but could also be created using super soft cashmere, heavy cotton, and even leather. Coat lengths range from slightly above the knee to the calf and the length often determines if it should be single or double breasted.
